Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your gifts reach you in perfect condition, ready to bring joy to your loved ones. We strive to keep our packaging eco-friendly and cost-effective, without compromising on the safety of your precious gifts.
At Alora Gifts, we believe in transparent and straightforward shipping information. We want you to feel confident and reassured throughout your shopping experience. Therefore, we aim to provide clear details about our shipping methods and costs, so you can trust us to deliver your gifts with reliability and care.

We currently offer two reliable shipping methods across South Africa:
Door-to-Door Courier Delivery (via The Courier Guy)
- Delivery to your chosen address within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Flat rate: R145

Pudo Locker or Kiosk Collection (via The Courier Guy)
- Delivery to your nearest Pudo locker or Courier Guy Kiosk for self-collection within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Flat rate: R100
Note: Delivery timelines start after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Order Processing Time
All orders have a processing time of 4–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes the time needed to personalise your selected items and carefully prepare your gift box. Please note that this is the time we take to craft the orders, this does not include the courier's delivery timeline.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all customisation details before confirming your order.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Once your order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, it becomes their responsibility. While we take every care in packaging your items securely, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with The Courier Guy.
